TICKETS
You won't need to print your ticket(s) before hand. Your name will be on our list at the door for a hassle-free, eco-friendly check-in process. Tickets will be available at the door unless the show is sold out.

REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds, similar to a concert policy. If your plans change or you can't make it, the tickets are non-refundable. However, feel free to give your tickets to a friend or sell them. We can exchange your tickets for a different show with a *48-hour* notice. Reach out to [email protected] for exchanges; exchanges cannot be done over the phone.

PARKING 
We have a small parking lot in front of the theater and it fills up fast. Free on-street parking is also available nearby. Additionally, we provide a bike rack, and Uber/Lyft are convenient options.

DOORS OPEN 
Set your clocks! Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. To secure your preferred seats, we suggest arriving 30 minutes early. Our shows kick off promptly.

GENERAL ADMISSION 
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so snagging seats together isn't guaranteed. Groups should keep this in mind while planning.

LATE ARRIVAL 
Being prompt is key. Latecomers may need to find separate seats as our shows start on time. 

BAR & SNACKS 
Quench your thirst and hunger at our theater with a selection of beverages like beer, wine, champagne, and more. We offer hot popcorn and a variety of candy bars for your snacking pleasure.

ADULT SHOW 
Unless specified otherwise - expect mature themes and language during adult shows. We recommend a minimum age of 16, unless parental discretion is applied.

FAMILY SHOW 
Family-friendly fun! Rated PG, these shows are suitable for ages 2 and up.
